- Confirm crew size & estimate. Written estimate should itemize labor, materials, travel time, any permit/COI fees.
- Plan for kids & pets. Create a calm space or sitter so loading zones stay clear and safe.
- Final walk-through. On move day, brief the crew lead on access, fragile items, and unload priorities.
