How It Works: Pickup → Storage → Redelivery

1) Estimate & Plan: First, we send a clear, itemized quote. Once you approve, we lock in dates with you or your contractor, verify elevator windows and parking, and outline pickup, any packing materials, storage, and redelivery. Choose full-service packing or a hybrid (you pack most; we handle fragile/heirlooms).

2) Pickup day. We protect floors/doors, label by room, and blanket-wrap furniture before loading. If your building needs a COI, we send it directly to management at no charge.

3) Storage. Items are stored at our SF warehouse—organized for quick retrieval. Photo inventory available on request.

4) Redelivery. When the project finishes, we deliver everything you need, reassemble, and place furniture so you can settle in right away.

We often schedule a two-touch plan: pre-demo pickup → storage → post-finish redelivery. For floor refinishing, a short 5–10 day vault is common.
Kitchen/bath remodels might run a few weeks. If plans shift, we can extend storage month-to-month and adjust the redelivery window.
