If the building requests specific “additional insured” wording or limits, we’ll handle it and send documents on your behalf if requested.

For tight streets, we can also advise on temporary tow-away signage or alternative staging so the truck can park safely near the entrance.

Downsizing Without the Stress

Downsizing is emotional—so we make it practical. We start with a short plan: what to move, what to donate, and what to recycle. Then we pack by priority: daily-use items first, keepsakes next, archive items last. We label every box and an inventory list is available on request.

For donations, we can stage items separately, load them last for easy drop-off, or schedule a dedicated donation/haul-away run before or after move day to keep the timeline calm and predictable.

Rushing creates mistakes. We prefer gentle timelines—often spread over two days when packing is involved. Day 1: packing & labeling; Day 2: move & set-up. For elevator buildings, we align your window to a quieter time of day. If your new home isn’t ready, we blanket-wrap and store items in our SF warehouse for short-term storage, then redeliver by room.

Packing for Keepsakes & Fragile Items

Our packing service uses double-wall cartons for fragile items, glass/mirror boxes for frames, and extra padding for heirlooms. We bring wardrobe boxes for closets and label everything clearly by destination room. At delivery, we place furniture and boxes where they belong so unpacking is simple.
